What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy involves the diagnosis and treatment of joints, muscles, ligaments, nerves and spinal structures of the body using gentle, safe and effective manual techniques. Your treatment may include gentle joint manipulation, stretching, massage or joint balancing techniques. Newborns and infants are treated with gentle osteopathic techniques aimed at reversing mechanical strains aquired during or subsequent to the birth process.
